  HUGE HOLES IN THE ROADWAYS!
  Lots of empty lots, run down trailers , LOT RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS, WATER IS HARD, LEAVES SCALE ON EVERYTHING IT SETS IN (TOILETS, SINKS ,APPLIANCES ).
  REQUIRES YOU MOW YOUR OWN LAWN AND SNOW REMOVAL IS YOUR OBLIGATION AS WELL.
  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE , EXCEPT AS A LAST RESORT !
  THAT IS WHY I GAVE IT A 1. IT IS BETTER THAT A TENT IN ITHACA.
